Creative idea - Center hole of a CD

Have been buying CD for more than a decade, and seen various designs that have been developing from time to time: from plain text - dull black colour to multi colours; to fully-printed - from text, graphics, to pictures. Yet I had never seen a CD designer has, at least, utilize the center hole of a CD.
