Blogger Beta non-spam review and verification request

This is the email I just received, upon the issue of my blog is being detected as a spam blog.

This 'junk blog detector' flaw is not something new.
People are already complaining from a few months ago.

I am wondering when will this flaw get fixed, or will there be a day that my friends' blogs are being detected as a spam blog?
